Help! Paint toolbar has vanished!

PostThu Jul 02, 2020 1:37 am

I don't know what I've done -- and I've tried to find a solution online for hours now!

I'm in the fusion tab and somehow the toolbar associated with the paint and mask nodes has vanished! It's the one where you select your stroke type (multistroke, etc.). I'm stuck on multistroke and that toolbar over the viewer window is nowhere to be found.

I have made sure that the node in question (ie. "Paint1") is selected and outlined in red. I have restarted Resolve (several times). I'm on 16.2.3.015, Studio edition.

Any advice?

You can try the menu Workspace>Reset UI Layout.
Win 10 Home | Intel i7 - 10700f 64 GB 1 TB GB SSD 2 TB SSD
RTX-3060 12 GB | Resolve Studio 18.6.6| Fusion Studio 18.6.6

Thanks for the suggestion!

I tried that, and once I reselect my clip a different sort of bar appears briefly, but then vanishes.

I downgraded to 16.2.2 and the toolbar seems to be back (and tools can be selected on it). (phew)
