Export/Import Metadata Menu gray out

Good Day,
Something I haven't understood?
The menu button "Export Metadata from > Media Pool/Selected...." and "Import Metadata to > Media Pool/Selected...." are gray, cannot be selected in any of the screens.
Same on two PC.
Version 16.2.4 Windows
Please help me, thanks in advance, JPB

Problem Solved, but the metadata import/export is useless as the category (Environment….Location…) are not specified in the cvs file.
The Lua script export works better.
Best could be the direct access to the dB (SQL3), but I cannot find the table with the Metadata.

how did you solve it? please share, as I am having a similar issue where the "export edit index" option is grayed out...

No problems here with either Metadata or Edit Index export. Both are selectable. What version of Resolve are you using?

Restart PC, Program, not helped..
