Effect Library Window size ?????

PostSun Aug 02, 2020 10:23 am

Why cant you size the effect library window lager ???
on the deliver page you can click the arrow to expand the window down. We need this feature on the edit page . I have a heap of transitions I can even see the full name off

I'm using 3 monitors 1st for bins and main slug, 2nd Timeline, 3rd Full screen clean feed.

This is what Peter is talking about. Pics show Single and Dual screens.

now I'm confused. :?

I use a iMac Pro with 2 x 2560 x 1080 ultra wide monitors. The iMac screen is the clean feed.

Dual screen is on
Full-screen timeline is on
primary screen is LG Ultra wide
secondary screen is LG Ultra wide

I now see your problem, you are in full screen timeline mode so the monitor with the media pool keeps the whole of the bottom for the media pool and mixer.

Is there anyway to fix this problem. Also, how come I can size the effects window to the left? I can do the column but the entire panel is locked.

Nothing you can do about it. That's the way it's displayed in Full Screen Timeline view. If by locked you mean you cannot move the panel, that is normal. You cannot customize the UI layout.

I have no problem scrolling down the FX list rather than displaying all its' contents at once. It is not seen as an issue. In my case using dual screens works well.
