Using DR to catalogue a large amount of random clips. Upon re-opening the project (stored in PostgreSQL), I noticed it was rebuilding the thumbnails from scratch. This is a pain. Is there any way to have DR cache the thumbnails for browsing in the MEDIA tab?
I checked the "save timeline thumbnails with project" box found in
PROJECT SETTINGS > GENERAL OPTIONS > COLOR
But obviously that only works with timeline items and not other media items in the media pool.
Am I missing something?
It takes minutes to regenerate them all and it slows down my workflow.
