Hi Jordan,
I don't have the Fairlight Audio Editor, but believe it has dedicated keys for Solo/Mute.
Otherwise, while using the mouse are you aware that you can click and drag to rapidly mute/solo tracks? Keep dragging across all the tracks you want it to apply to.
You can also go into the Index tab and choose tracks to enable/disable tracks (also in groups if desired) in order to help cut down clutter and focus on the specific group of tracks you're working on.
I do agree however that "s" for solo and "m" for mute (or maybe "d" since it also "disables" a clip, and "m" is used for marks) would be useful.
