Studio 16.2.7 Slow Render

I think there is a problem with Studio 16.2.7 rendering.

Source: Quicktime X.264, PCM 59.94fps, 23000 Kb/s, 720x480, 1 hr. 28 min

Output: Quicktime X.264, PCM, 59.94fps, Restrict to 7200 Kb/s, 640x480, 52 min

With Studio 16.2.7 the render time is estimated to be 5-1/2 hours.

With Studio 16.2.5 the render time is 13:35

There are about a dozen Text+ titles. Nothing fancy here. Needless to say, I've gone back to 16.2.5.
