media not playing in preview

I've been using Da Vinci Resolve (free) for about 2 years.

I recently purchased amd Ryzen Pro 4650g and tried to use DaVinci Resolve.
Even videos(1280X720) with H.264 codec cannot be played in preview.
The audio is played, but the video is flickering or broken.

The BIOS version of the board is also the latest
I also installed the latest chipset driver version.

Other video editing programs work normally. (Eg lightwork, vsdc video editor)
Other programs are difficult to use because DaVinci Resolve is familiar.
Please help.

What GPU do you have?
Free or Studio version?
Have you tried uncompressed or low compressed media, like DNxHR or ProRes?

1. AMD Ryzen Pro 4650g has a built-in GPU.
The specifications on the AMD website are as follows.
The graphics frequency is 1900 MHz, the graphics model is Radeon™ Graphics, and the number of graphics cores is 7.

2. I've been using the Free version all the time.

3. I mainly edit the video converted from analog SD video to H.264 using "blackmagic design h.264 pro recorder".
I have never worked on uncompressed video.

I solved it by going into the BIOS and forcing the VRAM value to be fixed at maximum.

Since the built-in graphic was variable vram, it seems that there was a memory shortage.

I'm considering to buy a new Mini-PC with a Ryzen 4650G or 4750G. After fixing your issue with the VRAM can you recommend the CPU for Davinci Resolve?

I don't do fancy stuff but I wanna make sure that it works.
