Davinci Resolve won't load projects
Posted: Thu Oct 29, 2020 6:12 pmSometime within the past few hours davinci resolve stopped loading on this machine (Asus TUF A15 Ryzen 4800H RTX 2060 32gb ram, windows 10 home).
Specifically, when I load Davinci Resolve the project manager loads fine, but when I try to open any project (even a new blank one), the project window opens but is completely blank. No UI inside, not even the menu bar (File, Edit, etc).
The version I was running was 16.2.7. I have uninstalled and downgraded to 16.2.5 and 16.2.3 (the installers I still have lying around) and it still doesn't work.
I have another computer (i5 3570k radeon hd 7870 16gb ram, windows 10 pro) with 16.2.3 installed. This computer can still load projects, but does not have the project I have been working on.
