Problem with resolve 16 and AMD 5700xt

Hey, guys.
Recently changed my system from old nvidia and intel to AMD ryzen 7 and 5700xt with32gb ram/ windows 10
The problem is, whenever I open resolve it takes like 2minutes to load project.
It opens fast, but all clips on timeline and prewiev loads really slow. And when it loads editing tab, when I switch to other tab, like color, it takes around 1min to load all settings for coloring.
For exapmle - I switch to color page, and add contrast. I have to wait 15sec too see the changes on image. Same when applye ofx. After first twiks it starts runing fine and smooth. Its just always takes 5min to load everything up. I have lates AMD driver for xt, latest resolve. Reinstaled pc, reinstaled resolve, downgraded and upgraded. Nothing helps.
Can someone tell me how fix this. Never had issue with old pc. I kept my old drives, but I dont know if that has something to do with it.
Also, when I hit playback, in task mager my gpu runs up maybe around 15% and playback is slow.
Working with prores abd braw 99% of time.

Same here with RX580, NVIDIA GTX 960 takes much shorter. Probably a procedure that is required for AMD GPUs.

Also, don't look at the overall GPU usage as it only shows 3D usage, you need to switch the graph to "compute".

Return the GPU for a 2060S if possible.

AMD not worth the trouble, and Nvidia is loads faster in Resolve.

Did some candle benchmarking between rx580 and 2060 super, the speed difference was unexpectedly small. It must be even smaller between 5700xt and 2060.

i'm having the same issue (Ryzen 5 3600, RX 5600 XT, 16GB RAM) have you found a fix since posting this? i'd be really grateful if you could help me figure it out because i am stumped.
