Your system doesn't meet the Resolve minimum system RAM requirement of 16GB.
But the immediate issue of why it's not working and getting the unsupported GPU message is because your Intel HD 520 iGPU driver (26.20.100.7812) is too old. You'll need to update the Intel graphics driver.
It's almost a certainty that the Lenovo site won't have a newer driver (but I didn't check, so you should, just in case).
If not, try the Intel Graphics Driver site. They have an app you can run that will examine your system and recommend the best driver. But...that app is known to not like laptops, and may say there is no recommended driver and to check your laptop manufacturers site for the best driver. Which again, will likely not be any newer than what you have.
At that point, you can run the DDU app to remove the existing Intel driver, and then the Intel Grpahics Driver app will hopefully suggest a driver, or you can download the most current driver for your CPU and manually install it.
This link describes how to use DDU to remove the Intel driver:
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=119852&hilit=+ddu#p659861Note that removing the Intel driver with DDU and reinstalling it from the Intel site could mess up your laptop. It's not likely, but it's also not a totally risk free endeavor. We can't be responsible for bad things that might happen.
