project of DR Studio 16 in DR studio 17?

Will DaVinci Resolve Studio 17 open a project that was started in DaVinci Resolve 16 Studio? And can I continue working on those projects or will I lose parts of the projects? E.g. are all plugins for DR Studio 16 already working in DR Studio 17?
