Got 'Failed to set the videomode' message back again

Hi there
Just installed V17 Beta and I'm getting the following message (which I've seen previously but fixed it on earlier versions)
'Failed to set the videomode on the video I/O device'
- I tried upgrading to the latest Desktop Video drivers but hasn't solved...
I'm seeing no problem with either Adobe PremPro or vMix - both are still working...
BMD card installed in the PC is a Decklink HD Extreme 2 set at 1080i50 (PC is an HP Z800)
Connecting to the overhead reference monitor via the HDMI port on the card...
Can someone please point be in the right direction to fix?
