What is in the Computer that is responsible for running a smooth and consistent Timeline in Resolve and be able to handle from 4k up to 6k?

I have Ryzen 7, would it make a difference only upgrading to the Ryzen9?

You don't mention your GPU, which is a component that Resolve is needing a lot.

I prefer Intel. I can't answer AMD questions.

Not necessarily. We first need to know your sources. If they are highly compressed you'll need to upgrade Resolve to Studio first.
I suppose your GPU is a 560 if that was ever built with 8 GB VRAM.

I have Resolve Studio version (paid 300)

OK, get a high-end Nvidia GPU then (if you can find one).
