Fusion Node (not) Deleting Bug

PostWed Dec 02, 2020 10:17 am

Hi!

I'm very new to Davinci Resolve and might be doing something wrong unintentionally.

When I first go into the Fusion Window while having a clip selected and the playhead over the clip. Then I can delete and disable nodes. But if I go back to the Edit Window, go to a new clip (selected and playhead over that clip), head into Fusion again. Then I can't delete or disable nodes, deletion doesn't even work if I right-click and click "Delete" in the menu. Disabling in the inspector still works but not the keyboard shortcut (Cmd+P).

I tried closing the project, but no joy.

The only workaround seems to restart.

Have anyone else had the same issue or am I doing something wrong?

[EDIT]

I discovered that this bug is only when I'm using the Dual Screen Mode, the shortcuts only work on the Primary Display. So if I place the nodes there it works.

Ran into the same behavior.. unable to delete nodes in the fusion page.

I read this thread, and although I was already in single screen mode, I switched to dual screen mode (in which I was able to delete nodes suddenly) then back to single screen mode. The ability to delete nodes remained.

Using CleanView on one of the two monitors.
