Both davinchi resolve studio 16 and the 17 beta wont open

Hi, im having huge issues with not beiing able to open either the full studio 16 or the 17 beta.

Ive tried everything i could find in this forum about this, but nothing seems to help.

It started with 16 version just not opening anymore. Worked fine before. Then i figured to try out the new 17 beta but the same issue her.

Tried unninstaling and installing a couple times, does not work.
Tried loading without any usb's connected exept my mouse and keybord.
Used DDU to remove intel graphics driver.
diconnected internet and then disabled firewall.

Nothing seems to help me her.


My gpu driver is up to date and tried with earlier version asswell.

Open Windows Task Manager and kill any Nahimic related things in the Processes and Services tabs.

Then see if Resolve will launch.

That did not do the trick.

With the failure you have, on an MSI motherboard, in lack of any other obvious issues, it's almost always Nahimic that causes this sort of crash.

Did you see something called nahimicservice.exe running in either the Processes or Services tab of Task Manager? Because the NFO shows it running.

Did you see that? And if so, you selected End Task or Stop Service, and verified it stopped, and Resolve still didn't launch?

Yes i tried both ending it in service tab and also processes. Did not fix my isue
