Edit Page: Strange Audio behavior in 17 beta 3 build

So far Audio editing in the Edit Page was working very well until v17 beta 3.
I am mixing 7 Mono Tracks and 1 Stereo Track, and I am experiencing a lot of strange audio hick ups. Most of the time it works well, but some random Audio clips in random tracks do their own thing and I can not seem to fix it if that happens. For example, I get something that seems to be a Fade In without setting any. It does not help to set my own fade or change the volume.
Sometimes Fades between Clips make the sound louder/less loud (maybe 3-5db) until the fade is finished

Another time my Stereo-Signal gets shifted in Time. So Left/Right has a delay of about a second. But only in a section of the Clip with a length of 5 Seconds. After That everything pops back to normal. It did not help to cut the Clip in the middle. Nor did it help to change the clip from stereo to mono.

Nothing of this shows up in the audio Waveform by the way. They look exactly the way I would expect them to be. But my problem is not only affecting playback, but it is rendering out to the final files in the Deliver Page. I tried deleting render files but it did not help.

The only thing that I have done in the Timeline to this point is editing Clips, setting volume and applying Fades on some Clips. So there are no Audio or Video Filters active. I have not touched the mixer jet.

Interesting. I realize that this time I was working within an imported AAF File (originally generated by Avid Media Composer) and by Copy Pasting the timeline from the AAF Timeline into a fresh Resolve Timeline got rid of those problems. Settings of AAF Timeline and Resolve Timeline are identical. So I can not say what the issue is and if it is really solved, but at least I can work now.

I've noticed a similar issue. I thought it was when I started adding noise reduction to basic dialogue tracks. They're mono tracks formatted to be stereo. Plays fine in the timeline, but on export, the audio will only play in one channel for a half-second, then it's fine. I thought it was the noise reduction or compression, but I'm pretty sure now this issue only happens after I've added at least one keyframe to the audio track.
Only fix I've found so far is removing all effects and audio....so not really a fix.
