Speed Editor Double tap and hold for marker color?

I'm going through the manual, one feature at a time to learn how to operate the keyboard.
First issue; double tap and hold the MARK key doesn't do anything. There's no marker color wheel magically appearing like the manual describes.

Double press to make a marker, and then double press to edit the marker works.


I'm on Resolve beta 17.4

I was trying to find the color wheel as well.

Is this a bug or is there an answer?

'Double tap and hold' to get the colour wheel only works on the Cut page. The precise action is to double tap but hold the second tap then use the jog wheel to select a colour.

In both the Cut page and Edit page, triple tapping the key will open the Markers window.

EDIT - managed to get it appearing by shutting down and then re-opening resolve and trying again.

I got a speed editor today and was going through the manual, it shows a colour selector appearing.

I don't see any colour wheel appearing, but when I rotate the jog wheel and let go the colour is changed (buy no wheel appears on screen) - cut page, in timeline (not source) V17.4.1 MS Windows

If I look at this video on youtube, I cannot get the wheel to appear like this (same wheel as in manual):
