Live Save switches off when installing new beta version

I don't know if this is intended or a bug, but if you have Live Save set on and then install the latest beta version, Live Save becomes unchecked. I think this happened in previous versions also, though I'm not certain.

Mine hasn't switched off. I'm on mac. I bet it has to do with user preferences being saved in the User home folder, and whenever they changed that behavior. I installed over top of the old installation without running the uninstaller first. *EDIT*. For some reason I thought I saw mac in your sig.

Thanks for pointing this out. I've had to re-enable it after installing beta 4.

My Live Save stayed active - like Jason I installed over Beta 3 without uninstalling first.

Stayed on for me in all betas.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Stayed on for me too going from B3 to B4 on Win 10. I uninstalled B3 first even.
HW: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, 64GB DDR4 3600 CL16 RAM, 3x2TB NVMe SSDs (1xGen4, 2xGen3), 8GB Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super, dual monitor (4k, 1080P)
SW: DaVinci Resolve Studio 17b7, Win10 Pro 20H2, Nvidia Studio Driver 460.89, latest BIOS/chipset/drivers/etc.

I recently upgraded to B7 from B6 and the Live Save I had turned on previously became unset. Won’t hurt to double check at each upgrade from now on.
