DaVinci Resolve Studio Key Error

HI EVERYONE
I WAS USING DAVINCI RESOLVE STUDIO SINCE ONE YEAR I GOT THE KEY WHILE I PURCHASED BMPCC 4K I HAD WINDOWS OS ISSUES I DEACTIVATED THE KEY AND TRIED TO RE ACTIVATE ITS SHOOING ERROR PLEASE GUIDE ME FRNDS

have you reinstalled Windows 10, then re-installed DaVinci Resolve 16 or 17?
and when the prompt for the activation key pops up, you enter the key number and then?

MY SYSTEM GOT HANGED , I MADE RESET , WHICH REMOVED ALL APPLICATIONS IN SYSTEM THEN I REINSTALLED DAVINCI 16 ITS SHOWING ERROR CONTACT SUPPORT

My guess is there is some issue with the OS now.

I am experiencing this same issue. I recently bought a new laptop and Im unable to activate using my code.
