How do I have just 1 media player?

Hey! I see I have two media players but I just want one how do I get rid of the other one?

Click on the small rectangle (top right).

There are some excellent free training tools by BM. Just saying.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

That is the Resolve Edit page, not Fusion.

The Edit page always has two viewers (source and timeline) but one or the other will be hidden if there is not enough width on the screen, making it less convenient and removing the option of editing by dragging from the source to the timeline viewer to see the overlay (which I rarely use anyway so not really a huge loss).

Uli is correct - the icon (available in v16 and v17) on the top-right of the viewer allows you to toggle between a single and two viewers. The icon changes accordingly.

Frank is correct - in that if the application window is below a certain width and both the left and right panes are open, Resolve defaults to showing one viewer.
