Setting a fixed point in stabilization possible?

Hi there,
I have a drone video, flying around a house in the woods. I want the chimney of the house to stay nailed to one point and not make any lateral movements when flying around it. Is it somehow possible to set a tracking point on the chimney for stabilization in order to fix it? I've tried a variety of things, but the results are poor.

Cheers Gerhard

Use the "Classic" stabilizer and "point" tracking. set the point on the object you want to be the pivot of the movement and then stabilize.

I use this technique a lot when I want to track an object that I'm follwing with a pan or with drone footage where I'm orbiting an object and want it to stay "fixed" on the screen.
