wanted to output a 10 sec piece to file different BR and show what's going on.
Mark Out contextual men / O works to set out
Mark In contextual menu / I does not work
You can also not drag the range point either
UPDATE : change export option from clip to TL, then it decided to work. section I wanted to export was first clip in TL
