What's wrong with Media Management?

So...
I don't know why, but if I try to use Media Management, I have this error or DVR is crash

and it doesn't depend on the options I choose: Copy or Transcode, Project, Timeline or Clips
What should I do?

Which kind of media? Which hardware?

All media — Canon EOS 5D Mark II clips
HP Z820, 2xXeon E5-2687w, 64 Gb RAM, AMD FirePRO W8000

And on newest comp with core i9 and nVidia RTX 3080 same results

It crashes most of the time for me, but for him it most of the timr writes an error

Damn...I posted about this 2 years ago, so it's rather disappointing that 17 has not seemed to have brought a level of useful error reporting for things like this that it has so desperately needed, since I started using Resolve back in version 7.0 :cry:
