Davinci Resolve 16 randomly crashing

I am having some issues with DaVinci Resolve 16. I used to have no issues with DaVinci Resolve and I have been using this software since Davinci Resolve 14 was the latest version. It is a very powerful piece of software that is capable of basically anything.
The first issue I an having is that the entire program is running really poorly. The timeline is laggy, the preview is laggy, it takes longer to import clips, fusion is laggy and rendering takes way longer. This started very suddenly, I opened Resolve 16 as I would any other day and it's just really slow now.
The second issue I am having is that the program crashes randomly. This also started at the same time as the performance issues. It crashes during startup, while editing and rendering.
I have looked online for solutions to the performance and crashing issues and so far I have: Disabled my integrated graphics (no difference), reinstalled resolve (no difference), Reinstalled windows (not for resolve but still didn't work), completely removed and cleaned graphics drivers and installed new ones (no difference) and I have tried using other video formats, still no difference.
I have also tried lowering the timeline resolution, using optimised media, setting the GPU manually to my dedicated card, set it as a high priority program and tried it in safe mode just in case and nothing makes any difference. Once again I will say that it worked perfectly before on this exact setup.
To summarise: It seems that whatever I do and whatever settings I lower and any optimisations I try to do make zero difference to the performance and stability of resolve. I have attached what I believe is the crash log and my specs are listed below (I know they aren't ideal but they used to work):

CPU: AMD FX-8100
RAM: (BRAND UNKNOWN) 16GB DDR3 1600MHZ (2*8GB)
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB
STORAGE: (OS) 240GB WB BLUE, (STORAGE) 1TB CRUCIAL MX500
PSU: CORSAIR CV650
MOTHERBOARD: MSI 760GM-P23 (FX)
