Bug: Sort by date created is incorrect

If you look at the order of the dates here it is all in chronological as you would expect

In file explorer

But in Resolve it shows up like this, look at the highlighted row, that should be the first in the list.

There's a discrepancy between timecodes and Date Created. It looks as if Resolve is seeing the highlighted file as PM, with the earlier ones as AM.

If the camera's settings were incorrect when recorded, maybe?

But the time in Windows is correct
