Speed Editor not being recognized on PC

Good Morning All & Happy Holidays!

I received my speed editor last night and can not seem to get my PC to recognize it. In device manager it keeps giving me a code 43...

any suggestions?

System is an i7-6900K (8core) win 10 64 running latest OS. 32 gb ram and Samsung 850 SSD (2TB)

im assuming you are using v17?

yes, studio version 17 beta 5...

weird my front panel USB 3.0 (4 of them) gave the error...so I dug around the back and tried the cable there....works as expected..... so today, for shits & giggles, I installed a bluetooth dongle in one of the front USB ports... all worked totally fine....go figure...

Now off to hunt for a 3080 or 3090....
