Edit page stabilization hung

Bug report:
I have a ~3min video that I ran stabilize on (using the settings below). The analyze phase finished, then during the stabilize phase it hung at 92% (DR went to 5% use of CPU and 0.1% use of GPU, and stayed there indefinitely).

Does it hang on other clips? With different settings? In other projects? Using other media?

It did not hang when I used Strength 1.0. It has not hung on other clips that I've stabilized (although this is the longest one I've stabilized).
