Unable to see 8k option under Project Settings

I have full 8K RAW footage I recorded on my canon R5 and I am unable to change my timeline resolution to 8K. This whole time I thought I was editing in 8K, turns out I was editing in 4k. Any idea why my project settings options doesnt even let me see 8K in the drop down? I see everyone on youtube have this option.

Currently on the latest update on Beta 17

Timeline and render resolutions above UHD require the Studio version
