disable timeline missing / use timeline bin

hey!
seems the new disable timeline function is not available if "use timeline bins" has been selected in the project settings/general options page. or am i missing something? please let me know - thanks!

That's unfortunate. A Timelines Bin is the best way to work, in my view.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
