PostgreSQL Project Disappeared Randomly

So I have been working on this project in our shared database for weeks now, but randomly today when I connect to the server the project I was working on is gone. I go to click "other project backups.." and it says there is a "critical exception". I have no idea why this could happen since I can go into every other folder and the projects are all still there like nothing happened, but mine is gone without a trace. Does anyone know why this would happen/how I could get it back? I know where all of our project backups are located in finder but not sure if that would be useful. Thanks!

Is this v16?
Is this a PostGres Database?
On a dedicated computer?
Where does it say the backup projects are located?
Can you open the critical project and then save with a different name, and can you archive then restore it?
