Media Offline but it isn't

It says media offline in my timeline, but it isn't. What do I do? I hit relink, the footage is all in the bin, yet in my timeline, nothing happens. It still says media offline. Any tips?

Try "Update all thumbnails." I forget where it is. I think from the color page you just have to right click on a thumbnail to bring up a sub-menu.

What kind of media? From what camera?

You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
