FRAME.IO missing files if uploaded before 2018
Posted: Fri Dec 18, 2020 4:38 pmI have a few hundred files in frame.io. Some show up in the Resolve 17 media browser, some do not.
It seems as though it may be related to how long ago the files were uploaded to frame.io.
The audio file was uploaded today, as a test, and shows up.
The video files were uploaded in 2017, and do not show up in Resolve.
My recent projects show all of their files in Resolve's frame.io browser.
The right half of the screenshot is from frame.io as viewed in safari. It shows video files and upload dates.
Btw, right click "Refresh" on the project does not bring them up either.
Also, these files have not been "archived" by me on frame.io, and are still accessible for playback and commenting in Safari version of frame.io.
Kind of puzzling. Just happens to be the project that I need to be working on today, the first day of trying frame.io in Resolve. Ughh. Otherwise, VERY cool integration!
