Speed Editor Keyboard snap mode does not work in Edit page

There seems to be pretty good parity with the Speed Editor Keyboard between the Cut and Edit pages. One function that I noticed that does not work on the Edit page is Snap mode. I've tried it at various timeline zoom levels and jogging smoothly over a cut in the timeline does not pause like it does on the Cut page.
