Resolve not launching after boot logo

Hey everyone Im Jason and I'm new here. I have just purchased Studio version from Scan Computers in UK and while I wait for their stock to replenish I thought I would try the free version for now to try get used to some of the menus and layouts etc.

Anyhow long story short I cant get the thing to launch normally at all. I have tried the stable version of 16 and tried 2 of the betas of 17, b3 and b5 and all do the same thing. I have also just installed a fresh install of windows and it still does the same thing.

I have looked over the forums and tried some of the "tricks" to get it going and below are my findings:
1. Normal Open - Shows loading screen then disappears, not thing happens and disappears from task manager also.
2. Done the Nvidia "dance" as they call it, installed latest studio drivers, didn't work, installed 4 month old ones, same thing.
3. Tried running in compatibility mode, and it does load but by God is it slow to start and runs like a pig.

So I now have uploaded the logs as I have seen others doing to see if anyone can help me. Because if I cant get the free one working then I guess I will have to cancel my order :(

You're using an Admin account for this? (If not, do so.)

You've installed to the default location? (If not, do so.)

My Documents is in it's default location on C: (If you moved it, put it back.)

I have since installed a new version of windows 10 pro fresh from ms store and its doing the exact same thing again. However for some reason the capture logs are a lot smaller for some reason, the last ones were like 250mb where these ones are like 50kb.
