Da Vinci Resolve Studio 16/17- Corrupt Export

I'm going crazy trying to export my color graded footage. I tried all possible codecs and the render either fails with a generic error or when I try to open the XML file or the mp4, they just don't work (corrupt). I attached one example of many render settings I tried.
I have also tried applying the color grade by making a compound clip, using an adjustment layer, and also applying it to each individual clip. None of these tests worked.
