Resolve 17 b5 in windows blinking

I am having a blinking issues in windows 10 running resolve 17b5 studio. My computer is a dell inspiron 7577 with nvidia 1060 max q 6gb. It’s connected to a 4K tv running in 4K (3840x 2160 at 60hz).

There is a an intermittent blinking in resolve. It’s been blinking since b3. I am running the latest studio drives from nvidia release dec 15 2020.

Does anyone else have this issue.

If any other information is needed I will try to provide

my whole screen intermittenly becomes black and come back on again when resolve 17 b3, b4, b5, b6 is running

Hmmm.

My thinking is a problem with the display driver, or the GPU is failing, or the cable connection isn't properly set, or the cable itself needs replacing.
