Audio output not working on Bluetooth

headphones. I have gone into preference and tried both auto, then manual (se screen shot) I confirmed there is audio on the track and I can also see the audio levels in the bars but zero sound from bluetooth headphones (yes, they do work - confirmed) Am I missing something here?

BTW, they were working fine. couple nites ago my SSD went kaputt. So I am back on the old HD and i just installed another copy of resolve 17 studio (try to keep working till I replace the SSD)
