Resolve Edit tab and Fusion tab Crashing when transforming

I am running the newest Davinci resolve 17. It is frequently crashing but ESPECIALLY when I use anything involving transforming properties.

Windows 10
RTX 2070 (Studio Driver 460.84)
i9-9900k
64gb DDR4 RAM
2TB NVME (Holds media files)
512gb NVME (Resolve Application)
512GB SSD (Cache Files)

the diagnostic log Resolve generates from the help menu, and the NFO file as detatiled in the FAQs are the only logs that we an use to help.

I tried uploading the NFO but it exceeds 2MB and wont let me.
