Export still from Color tab doesn't work on 16.2.7

So on an iMac using Resolve 16.2.7. I can grab a frame in the Color tab. Then export that frame as a file. Doing the same on another computer it gives me an error message "Failed to retrieve still image from disk..."

Any ideas why it works fine on one computer but not another?

Usually that happens when the Gallery has been moved or can't be accessed for some reason.

Grab a new still and try that.

Ugh, I just spent an hour selecting the stills. To do it again is a massive waste of my time. With no guarantee it'll this time either.

For a Mac, perhaps it’s a folder permissions issue? Grant all access to the folder contents.
