Resolve not installing???

When i start resolve installer and click install it goes through all the steps of installing the components in 3
seconds (litterally 3 seconds) and then when i search for it in windows apps thingy it doeasent show up.
I have already installed resolve once. What to do next?

Which version are u trying to install?
