Davinchi Resolve won't start

I'm new on this forum and never used a Davinchi Resolve version before. On youtube I got excited from the huges possibilities shown.
Problem:
I installed version 16 and went through the setup and then ... no reaction after clicking the icon.
I've tried:
a) to stop the process in the taskmanager and tried again to open Davinchi.
b) different compatibility modes
c) to uninstall (Revouninstaller) and installed the versions 15 and 14 aswell
After consulting the comments I'm more or less desparate and post hereby the Davinchi catalogfile and the windows system information.
I hope sincerely that you can help me to get it started. Sorry for my miserable english.
