Cannot Capture with Decklink Mini Recorder 4k

I have a Decklink Mini Recorder 4k that works with OBS, Blackmagic Media Express, and other capture software. I'd like to move my whole workflow to resolve, but for some reason, the preferences will not let me select it for "For Capture and Playback Use" (Attached).
Do you have any ideas on how I could solve this? Thanks!
