Timeline Proxy Mode messes up text alignment DR17b6

When I turn on proxy mode to quarter my text elements get squeezed. Half resolution works ok.

I've seen other issues with Proxy mode as well. Likely they just haven't been fixed yet.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
