for some reason i dont hear audio when i scrub over video anymore
is there a setting to reactivate it?

Timeline>Audio Scrubbing

im referring to when i scrub over small video icon before i drag it into the timeline
as i scrub through i see all different parts of the video but i dont hear anything and i used to.
shift s does not make any difference

It only works in the Media and Edit pages.

If you're talking about clips in a bin, I've never had those scrub audio. Don't know if that's even possible.

As I said in my last post, it works, certainly in the Master Bin, on the Media and Edit pages.

It never has for me. I might have it turned off, but then I have no idea how to turn it back on. (Or how I turned it off in the first place.)
