Changing timeline FPS isn't working

PostWed Dec 23, 2020 4:03 am

I'm trying to change 25 fps to 24 fps of my project, creating a new timeline with new settings, as I used to do in Resolve 16. With Resolve 17 BETA it's not working! The project setting still stays at 25 FPS and exporting 25 FPS, even if you are exporting 24 FPS timeline.
Should I create a new project from scratch in order to change frames per second??? Beta is so annoying honestly. Thought its gonna be bad, but not that bad...

The project frame rate won’t change if u have clips in the media pool.
You can however start a new timeline with a different frame rate and then export at that rate.

Hello,

I'm creating new timeline, with new frame rate, exporting it through deliver page in ProRes, and exported file has still 25 fps. That puzzles me, cause Davinci 16 didn't have such issue

I tried to replicate this issue but can't. I think you may need to check all your Project, Timeline & deliver page settings.
