accusonus era 5 plug in

just installed accusonus era 5 plug in and when i am using noise remover davinci resolve freezes.

anyone familiar with this issue?

I'm pretty sure it's a known issue with Accusonus...they say they're working on it.

yes im on windows 10 and resolve 16.2.8 free
