Linux Resolve Studio 17 b5 Issue with Clean Feed
Posted: Wed Dec 23, 2020 3:53 pmMy new monitor arrived so I tried Dual Screen and Clean Feed. While Dual Screen works well Clean Feed basically kills the video display refresh on the first monitor. I can click everywhere and actually "work" there (I can drag an invisible play head on monitor 1 so the video plays accordingly on the Clean Feed screen, but I work on something like a still shot of the first monitor of the moment I started Clean Feed - the play head is not moving; the same goes for all other areas of the first monitor - I can drag to zoom in the Inspector for example, the image zooms on the Clean Feed, yet the zoom value on monitor no. 1 remains at 1.000). When I click on a different page it seems I'm on that new page (the actions described above don't work anymore because I'm not on that page anymore, I guess) but I still see the page that was open when I started Clean Feed. When I click on the page I originally came from I can change values again, but of course still in blind mode on top of basically a "still grab" of the original screen.
The only thing that actually changes on that first monitor visually is that I can open the menus (all but Workspace), but I can't close them. I end up having the screen filled with menus.
I'm on Xubuntu 20.04 LTS. Everything else seems to work fine.
