Hi, in Davinci 16 VST instruments could be recorded in Fairlight. In 17 following the same instructions the VST will play however not record. Does anyone have a fix or experiencing the same issue?

suggest you include a system spec in your signature: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=90190

Create a new Project and with no Timeline created, navigate to:
Project Preferences > Fairlight > Audio Busing Mode

Enable this setting prior to creating a Timeline.

Virtual Instruments will record their output as in previous versions of Resolve prior to the version 17 betas.

Thanks for the response. I did what you suggested and it still will not record. Do you have any other suggestions?
