I have a pretty deep voice. Are there techniques can I use to reduce the low end of my audio recordings?

Thanks in advance.

Look at some YouTube videos on "EQ" & "Equalization" which is for adjusting frequency balances. Another cause may be that your very close to your mic. This is called "proximity effect" where bass frequencies increase the closer your lips are (think radio DJ's).

I think that's it. I was doing ADR for a short film and I did have my mouth close to the mic.

Thanks.
