Rendered Video & Missing Audio

Hello,

This a rather time sensitive matter, I'm afraid. Let's say that I have a deadline right now. To succinctly detail the problem:

*Audio functions in Fairlight + Edit screens
    * Export audio is checked; audio is codec AAC w/192 Kb/s, 16 bit depth, output track = Main 1 (stereo)
    * Fully rendered video plays audio in VLC Media Player 3.0.11, Windows default Movies & TV.
    * Fully rendered video DOES NOT plays audio in Windows Media Player or when later uploaded to Youtube.

Other details:
DaVinci Resolve 16.2.8 for Windows
Video and Audio I/O preferences reflect my system's configuration. Eg; Manual --> Monitor Set = Main --> Device = Speaker (High Definition Audio Device)
Audio Routing is set to Main Out 1

Please advise. I appreciate any assistance as time is urgent. In the meantime, I will now attempt to start over on another editor in case I cannot resolve this matter. Thank you!

You don’t mention which video codecs you tested?

Try this, Jeff (adjusting Resolution, Frame Rate and Key Frames appropriately):
